Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! But if something’s not right, here’s what you can do:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Cancellation Policy
At Zafyre, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to all our customers.
Order Cancellation:

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@zafyre.in with your order ID.

After Shipping: Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may initiate a return/exchange after receiving the item.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:

If your order is cancelled successfully before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for cancellation once processed.
