Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! But if something’s not right, here’s what you can do:
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- To request a return/exchange, contact us at support@zafyre.in
Returns are only accepted for damaged or wrong products.
- In case of size exchange, we’ll send the new size once we receive the original product.
- Customer bears the return courier cost unless it's our mistake.
